Dinesh Rangarajan <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #6 from Dinesh Rangarajan <[email protected]> --- Dinesh Rangarajan ([email protected]) Apr 11, 2015: Retest using 4.1.1, reproducible, Power point 2010 does not open ppt file. Tested using: • Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit • Apache OpenOffice 4.1.1 - AOO411m6(Build:9775)-Rev.1617669 2014-08-13 09:06:54(Mi, 13 Aug 2014) • Microsoft PowerPoint Version 14.0.7145.5000 (32 bit)- Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 • Shockwave Flash Object Version 11.1.102.63 ActiveX (Internet Explorer 11 Version: 11.0.9600.17691 Updated Version: 11.0.17) Successfully replicated the bug using the 4.1.1 build. Using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 the ppt file opens but does not play the music as reported originally. Using Internet Explorer 11 (with Flash Shockwave Active X add-on) the swf file opens but does not play the music as reported. Internet Explorer was used to open the swf file directly. Document compatibility would matter to customers who build and share presentations. The sharing is very common in corporates who have intranet/web portal setup. Orientation, Health & Safety etc. presentation often include music components. Big “Value addition” since PowerPoint does not ship with “export to swf” capability. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
