Follow-up Test: 

The HTML document export did not play any music. HTML Folder content did not
show the music file. No links in the HTML scripts for a music file. No messages
indicating that multimedia component would not work/export.

File -> Export; 
Save as Type: HTML Document (OpenOffice Impress)
HTML Export (Screen 1) Assign Design =  New Design -> Create
