Hello I have been using this product with no issue for ages, until last few
days. IT wont allow me to remove it or reinstall it , it wont allow me to save
any thing including edits to already saved documents wont let me save to to
USB etc it says error :cant be written ( yet is already written and saved )
or sometimes it says error: corrupted file. I had no probs until approx 2-3
days I cant open anything from USBs except in expired microword program
but cant save there due to it being expired. whats going on I need to
work..it shows in my programs but when I tried to uninstall/reinstall it says
its not tecognized yet its the only program I use for drafting/ saving docus
