When inserting a picture from computer i get error graphics filter not found. 
Now, the SIZE of the picture is not an issue, it is 182kb (NOT MB, KB)

If i simply copy a picture from internet to paste into the writer document, I
get the same error.  

This used to work without a problem, now I can't get a picture into my writer
document. Using 4.1.6
