I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I was able to do this without issue
previously.   I just wanted to see if there is anything else I can do. 

I have been able to do this without issue before, just recently it has not
worked.  I too have Windows 10, 
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.6
AOO416m1(Build:9790) - Rev 1844436
