This is caused by {{${file}}} in {{shell.robot}} getting replaced with the path
of the POM file during filtering. I think the simplest way to avoid this is to
add {{robot}} to
[{{nonFilteredFileExtensions}}|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/d7616ec22a60e1f9ed9e2eea4ecdccd1a0c98bf1/pom.xml#L1369-L1380]
(merge from {{master}} first).
