[~ivanandika], from your comment it seems this issue does not affect {{master}}
branch, rather some internal branch based on an older version. For example we
have switched to the {{dev.aspectj}} fork of the plugin in HDDS-11600
(2024/Oct). CI has been using JDK 21 since HDDS-11751 (2024/Dec). While the
change to use {{commons-codec}} seems OK, I'd like to reproduce the problem
before fixing it.
