Summary: Show filesystem capacity details in Cluster Capacity Page

The user interface should provide an intuitive visualization of the total
filesystem capacity, available, used and how much is reserved.
||Metric||Current Display||Description||
|Total Capacity|[Value]|This value will give total physical capacity|
|Used Capacity|[Value]|This value will tell how much is used which include all
the filesystem usage including ozone and all other services|
|Available Capacity|[Value]|It gives how much free space is available in the
cluster.|
|Reserved Capacity|[Value]|This will indicate the difference between fsCapacity
and ozone capacity. Also info will give du.reserved config value.|
|Ozone Capacity|[Value]|This is the capacity available for ozone usage.|
