## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove workflow and scripts related to processing special `/<command>` comments in PRs. Original functionality (like re-running tests), introduced in HDDS-2997, no longer work in GitHub. `/pending` was replaced by automation in HDDS-11370. Thus, there are no useful commands left, we can remove the remaining ones (`/help`, etc.) completely. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14785 ## How was this patch tested?
