In HDDS-14751 I added the initial ZDU flow in a new rolling-upgrade acceptance
test suite. This follow up should contain the TODOs left in the code:
* add downgrade scenario
* do data generation with old version and do checks before and after
finalization
* if there is any version specific check I can already add, let's add it
