Description:
HDDS-14974 has changed invokeLocal to return Message. We should update
ScmInvokerCodeGenerator to generate the new code.
We may also generate invoker code for the other APIs. Since there are around
ten APIs, I guess we probably should two or three APIs in a JIRA.
