Summary: [Recon] Auto Refresh in Cluster Capacity does not load
all the APIs

Issue seen on Recon UI, Cluster capacity page.
Issue -
* When Auto refresh is toggled from OFF to ON - only pending deletion of DN is
refreshed.
Expectation -
* As soon as the Auto Refresh is set to ON, at that moment all the APIs to get
refreshed instead only pending deletion of DN is called.
