OmMetadataManagerImpl.getExpiredMultipartUploads doesn't account for split
table. This is only used for abort batch sizing, the actual abort is
schema-aware.
KeyLifecycleService.processMultipartUpload(): this is also used for batch
sizing like above, abort itself is correctly calculating.
ContainerToKeyMapping (debug CLI) iterates embedded parts only, so the
container to key debug mapping misses split MPU parts entirely.
