Description:
- Make {{TestOzoneShellHAWithFollowerRead}} not extend {{TestOzoneShellHA}}.
- Parameterize {{TestOzoneShellHA}} by follower read enabled/disabled, thus
executing test cases that were previously inherited.
- Delete useless {{TestOzoneShellHAWithFSO}}.
