## What changes were proposed in this pull request? In TestBucketList, many tests repeated the same setup: create an OzoneClientStub, create S3 bucket "b1", add keys, and build a BucketEndpoint. This change centralizes that in a per-test setup(String... keys) helper, shared instance fields (client, bucketEndpoint), and a createKeys(OzoneClient, String...) helper. Tests that use the default "b1" bucket call setup(...) and use BUCKET_NAME instead of duplicating client/endpoint wiring.
