## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove the redundant InfoBucket RPC from GetObjectTagging, PutObjectTagging, and DeleteObjectTagging. Call the existing ClientProtocol methods directly with the volume, bucket, and key names, avoiding the bucket metadata lookup. Preserve tagging validation, metrics, and error handling. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA [HDDS-16603](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16603) ## How was this patch tested? Added regression tests verifying that all three tagging operations skip bucket lookup and pass the correct parameters to ClientProtocol. Confirmed these tests failed before the fix. Updated permission and FSO directory error mocks for the direct calls. All 37 tests in TestObjectTaggingGet, TestObjectTaggingPut, TestObjectTaggingDelete, and TestPermissionCheck passed.
