Thanks @smengcl for documenting these. I believe most of `AGENTS.md` would also be useful for regular contributors / committers. Can we consolidate contributor content in `CONTRIBUTING.md`, with a section that is specific to committers? Then we may simply reference it in `AGENTS.md` something like: "follow guidelines described in CONTRIBUTING.md". Is that feasible? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
