{\{TestOMSortDatanodes}} calls \{{KeyManagerImpl#sortDatanodes}} directly, a
public method kept only for that test. Test the behaviour through
\{{KeyManager#listStatus}} instead, and make the helper private, so the test
doesn't depend on the implementation class. No functional change.
