The Ozone 2.2.2 release notes need release-specific upgrade guidance alongside
the existing non-rolling upgrade guide.
Update the website release notes to cover:
* Metadata and configuration backups before upgrading.
* Service principal properties that must be available in every SCM
configuration for certificate requests and OM block operations.
* The Recon full SCM checkpoint download issue introduced by HDDS-17235 when
security and gRPC TLS are both enabled. Explain when the startup download is
attempted and the conditional existing-database workaround using
ozone.recon.scm.snapshot.enabled=false. Periodic container reconciliation
remains enabled, while manual full checkpoint downloads remain affected.
* The absence of a layout-version bump for the 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 patch upgrade.
Link to the existing upgrade and downgrade guide instead of duplicating its
generic procedure. Keep the change scoped to the 2.2.2 release notes. The Recon
behavior and workaround are based on source review and have not been validated
by a live secure-cluster upgrade test.
