jojochuang opened a new pull request, #11872:
URL: https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/11872

   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

A failed FSO CompleteMultipartUpload can leave newly synthesized parent
directories and an open file in OM's table cache. A subsequent create before
cache eviction can succeed under parents that are never persisted, leaving an
acknowledged file or directory unreachable.

Withdraw those provisional cache entries on failure, at the same transaction
index and while the bucket lock is held. The success path is unchanged.
Includes unit and integration regression tests.

   Applies the changes from
[MC-2-withdraw-cache-entries-of-failed-fso-multipart-complete.patch](https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/13084979/MC-2-withdraw-cache-entries-of-failed-fso-multipart-complete.patch),
attached to the Jira by Siyao Meng, unchanged on current master.

   ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA

   https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16763

   ## How was this patch tested?

   - Patch applies cleanly; `git diff --check` passes.
   - Local Checkstyle and `TestS3MultipartUploadCompleteRequestWithFSO`
validation are in progress; results will be updated here.
   - Integration test execution is pending.

The Jira reports earlier unit and integration suite results; those are not
claimed as validation of this branch. Kept in draft pending validation and
review.

Original patch generated with Specula (Claude Opus 5.5).
