Ozone doesn't support the x-amz-mp-object-size header on
CompleteMultipartUpload and ignores it.
A client can use this header to specify the expected size of the completed
object. AWS S3 compares it with the actual size and returns 400 InvalidRequest
on a mismatch. Because Ozone ignores the header, it can't enforce the size of
the resulting object: a request with the wrong size returns 200 and creates the
object.
