Agreed, thanks for identifying the additional case! I'll include both
scenarios in the follow-up JIRA:
- A waited pipeline becoming OPEN and then closing before final container
selection.
- A newly created pipeline disappearing while waiting for it to become OPEN.
I'll keep these separate from HDDS-16712, as discussed.
