Hi [~Sammi], can we please avoid upgrade to 3.0-snapshot? We had problems
using snapshot Ratis in the past, not being able to release Ozone quickly due
to dependence on unstable (evolving) version. If we need a specific set of
changes, I think we may be better off cutting a 2.5 release branch and
iterating on that one. If the change is small and non-breaking, we may even
include it in 2.4.2 and upgrade to that.
Update: I see RATIS-1747 is already
