After HDDS-7638 and HDDS-7688, we can change KeyOutputStream to send hsyncKey
to update the key length in OM. The hsyncKey op is similar to
blockOutputStreamEntryPool.commitKey(offset) except that hsyncKey only updates
the key length instead of committing it.
