Summary: Support httpfs and recon in the k8s example files

In the getting-started directory of k8s example files, there are no recon and
httpfs statefulset k8s files. In my opinion, HttpFS and Recon are now important
component of apache ozone so that it is better to add those components in the
k8s example files so that beginners are able to test most of apache ozone
component.
