### Purpose Allow sorted index topology callers to build both independent single-column indexes and composite indexes through the existing builder entry points. Previously, `buildIndex` and `buildIndexStream` expanded every column into a separate single-column definition. All three entry points now accept ordered column groups (`List<List<String>>`), for example `[[a], [b, c, d], [e]]`. Inline the existing build implementation into `buildIndexStream` and keep SQL `create_global_index` behavior by wrapping its columns in one definition. ### Tests - `mvn -o -pl paimon-flink/paimon-flink-common -Pflink1 -DwildcardSuites=none -Dtest=SortedIndexTopoBuilderTest test` — 11 tests passed, including the new grouped-definition test.
