Fixed in 9e562e8. EvolutionStats now computes the logical group row count
and excludes BLOB/VECTOR files from statistics merging. Added regression
coverage for newer rolled VECTOR files, nullable ordinary columns and scan
pruning, plus dedicated-only and partial-range groups. Relevant tests pass.
