### Purpose Existing tag procedures cannot update a tag's snapshot or retention without deleting and recreating it. ### Brief change log Add `TagManager::replace` and `sys.replace_tag` for manual tags on non-REST FileStore tables. Preserve branch isolation and support live or tag-retained snapshots. Replace retention when provided; clear existing TTL metadata when omitted. ### Tests - 125 Core and SQL tests passed, including branch isolation and write failures; SQL tests ran in UTC. - Rust 1.98 formatting, full workspace Clippy, and dependency/license checks passed. ### API and Format Additive Core and SQL APIs; storage format unchanged. ### Documentation Document parameters, retention semantics, and support boundaries. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
