Looking at my two test runs, and the 1.5 tests on Jenkins, the only failure
that seems new and relevant is
*BackwardCompatibilityIT*, which has to be taught about HBase 1.6.
Based on this, I propose that we push the current PR, and open a new ticket for
the BackwardCompatibilityIT failure.
After that, 1.6 can be added to the Jenkins Matrix job, and possibly made
default.
