Before this patch:
97M May 19 14:31 phoenix-server-5.1.0-SNAPSHOT-hbase-2.2.jar
After this patch:
68M May 19 14:22 phoenix-server-5.1.0-SNAPSHOT-hbase-2.2.jar
This jar was used to copy to regionserver lib dir. The removed hbase classes
has been in regionserver's lib dir.
