Yes, and the same goes for phoenix_utils.py in core.
Ideally also rename phoenix_utils.py in queryserver to something like
phoenix_queryutils.py, so that the two set of scripts can coexist in the same
directory.
But better wait until the python3 work is merged to avoid having to rebase that
again.,
