Review comment:
       If the column is added to the base table after its child view diverges, 
they view won't inherit it anyways, so dropping the same column from the parent 
shouldn't change the lastDDLTs of the view either. On the contrary, if an 
existing column is dropped, that should change the ts of the view. In fact this 
sounds like a good additional test to add.
