Istvan Toth commented on PHOENIX-7532:
--------------------------------------
A new profile is not strictly necessary for production, as hbase-asyncfs is
never used directly from Phoenix, and new Hadoop would work from the client
side with older Hbase, but we currently have no mechanism to change only the
test classpath based on the HBase version (and I'm not even sure Maven could do
that)
> Update default Hbase 2.6 version to 2.6.2

> Also update Hadoop.version to 3.4.1
> We need to check if the HBase 2.5+ profiles build and run the test suite with
> Hadoop 3.4.1.
> We know that the HBase 2.4 profiles will fail the tests with anything newer
> than Hadoop 3.1.
