   is there any particular reason to put Iceberg as part of the name? the 
RestConnectionConfigInfo seems something can be used for non-iceberg REST 
service also. In your opinion, how it would look like if we want to generalize 
this to support none-iceberg REST service?

   @dennishuo @sfc-gh-rxing  this change seems removing an existing field 
called remoteUrl. I am wondering would that break the existing user?
