Introduces 2 new configurations: - `polaris.storage.aws.<storage-name>.access-key` - `polaris.storage.aws.<storage-name>.secret-key` Users can set these to override aws credentials per catalog. Each catalog looks up it's keys by using host of the first uri in the list of AllowedLocations or it's own configured storageName if available.
