Description: Similar to ServerFactory, we should provide a ClientFactory to
create RaftClientRequestSender objects. The ClientFactory implementation can
be automatically deduced from the RpcType. (was: RaftClientRequestSender
should provide a Builder to build objects from implementation subclasses. The
idea is similar to RaftServerRpc.Builder.)
