[~vrodionov] my point is whether we really need that information (log name and 
type in the message) and why we can't just use the built-in mechanism. For 
multiple logs, I would suggest considering the case RatisGroup per log. Ratis 
already supports multiple groups per server (so we don't need to instantiate a 
new server instance for each state machine and groups may have different peers 
located on different servers). Each group would have its own storage and state 
machine (and the footprint for this stuff is small enough and mostly depends on 
the segment cache configuration)
