Description: The _Affine parametric transformation_ (EPSG:9624) is
implemented with the parameter {{A0}} in EPSG considered as synonymous to
parameter {{elt_0_0}} in OGC 01-009. This wrong, {{A0}} is rather synonymous of
{{elt_0_2}}. The same error apply to {{B0}} as well. (was: The _Affine
parametric transformation_ (EPSG:9624) is implemented with {{A0}} synonymous to
{{elt_0_0}} is OGC 01-009. This wrong, it is rather synonymous of {{elt_0_2}}.
The same error apply to {{B0}} as well.)
