And it happens for both "gpg" and "gpg2" Ok after realizing it was a gpg issue, I killed the gpg-agent. "gpg" failed to work, so I tried "gpg2" which succeeded. After that "gpg" started working (presumably because the agent was started when I ran "gpg2"). Anyways the task works for me now!
