Zookeeper coordinates. It’s one of the most basic recipes to create a cluster
lock. On startup, get the lock. State exists? Move on. Does not exist? Create
the zk layout. Collection, shard creation is even simpler as it does not
require that. Just bang out the collection nodes up front.
