Reviewing the Query hierarchy and I see mutations that impact equality.
Here's the list that I found, but being unfamiliar I might have missed some
cases. Hope it helps.
- LTRQuery's `scoringQuery` is mutable (`originalQuery`)
- ExportQuery's `mainQuery`
- PointSetQuery's `maxDocFreq`
- GraphQuery's `traversalFilter`, `maxDepth`, etc
- LTRScoringQuery's `originalQuery`
- Feature's `name`, `index`, etc
- Subtypes: FieldLengthFeature, FieldValueFeature, OriginalScoreFeature,
SolrFeature, ValueFeature
- LTRInterleavingQuery's `rerankingQueries`
