Noble is thick skinned and I love you, Mark. But you might not get away with 
all this with others, since they might deem it a code of conduct violation. I 
welcome strong criticism and immune to rough language being used, but I don't 
want you to be targeted by other soft people for using language like this. You 
are too valuable a member of Solr community to fall prey to political 
correctness strikes that PMC threatens to take for COC violations.
