* Windows version
* Using CMD or Powershell or something else?
* How was solr installed?
* What user are you when running Solr?
* What happens if you type "wmic" in the terminal
* What happens if you type "C:\Windows\System32\wbem\wmic.exe" in terminal?
* What is your PATH?
