Remove addHttpRequestToContext (in
solrconfig.xml/requestDispatcher/requestParsers).
It defaults to false. It was added way back in SOLR-2079. It's effectively
obsoleted since ~2017 when the request became accessible via
SolrQueryRequest.getHttpSolrCall.getReq.
Better to simplify things.
