Remove handleSelect=true in requestDispatcher in solrconfig.xml. This is a
legacy option; isn't needed for anything. It's been labeled as "legacy
back-compatibility" in requestdispatcher.adoc.
In 9.9, I could add a deprecation log warning if someone has set it to true
(see DeprecationLog.java)
