Quick highlights beyond what's in the PR: - On the customization question you raised: HTTPRoutes support custom labels/annotations just like Ingress does, so Gateway implementations can still use their proprietary settings - Tested with kgateway GatewayAPI implementation, and verified backward compatibility with existing Ingress mode to make sure nothing breaks The PR has full details on the implementation and docs.
