Environment:
`StreamFactory.withCollectionZkHost`/`withDefaultZkHost`/`getDefaultZkHost`/`getCollectionZkHost`
and `SolrClientCache.getCloudSolrClient(String)` have been deprecated since
10.1 in favor of the `CloudSolrClientConnection`-based methods
(`withCollectionUseThisConnection`, `withDefaultSolrConnection`,
`getCloudSolrClient(CloudSolrClient.CloudSolrClientConnection)`). Public
`solrj-streaming` API used by external streaming-expression code.

Deprecated since 10.0 for building a fresh `ArrayList` on every call;
`DocCollection` is already `Iterable<Slice>`, so callers can iterate slices and
call `Slice.getReplicas()` directly.
