Environment:
`StreamFactory.withCollectionZkHost`/`withDefaultZkHost`/`getDefaultZkHost`/`getCollectionZkHost`
and `SolrClientCache.getCloudSolrClient(String)` have been deprecated since
10.1 in favor of the `CloudSolrClientConnection`-based methods
(`withCollectionUseThisConnection`, `withDefaultSolrConnection`,
`getCloudSolrClient(CloudSolrClient.CloudSolrClientConnection)`). Public
`solrj-streaming` API used by external streaming-expression code.

Companions to `ClusterState.createFromJson` (already tracked in SOLR-18149)
living in the same file, deprecated since 10.0 with no stated replacement or
reason. SOLR-18149's title/description only mention `createFromJson` — these
two would silently survive that ticket's fix.
