Closing as a duplicate of #824, which is the same failure — an accepted backup whose async status later returns `notfound`, leaving the `SolrBackup` in `inProgress: true` forever — but with a deterministic reproduction and the relevant operator code paths identified. The fix will be tracked there. Note that the GCS part of this thread has a separate cause: the default location `/` is not valid for GCS, which is why a `baseLocation` without a leading slash was needed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
