The PR description specifies `--skip-changelog-current`, but this parser
exposes only `--skip-changelog` (and the README/re-run hint follow that shorter
name). A Jenkins invocation using the documented option will fail with an
unrecognized-argument error, so the intended opt-out is not available under the
published interface. Please use one name consistently across the parser, help
text, README, and reuse hint.
